What Are the Costs Associated with My Listing?
Answer:

Listing your venue on ZenBooking is completely free of charge! We only apply a maximum 10% commission on confirmed bookings, but there are ways to lower or even eliminate this fee:

1. Incorporate a ZenBooking link with logo into your website, either directly to your listing or as a mention of us as your preferred partner, and we'll reduce your commission fees by 50%

2. Mention ZenBooking in your blog article or refer to your listing with an embed link to our site for a 25% discount. We're ready to contribute content or co-write the piece with you.

3. Reward your clients and benefit from discounts! As our esteemed venue partner, you have the privilege to offer a 50% commission discount to any retreat organiser you collaborate with. We believe your clients, the retreat leaders, will appreciate this 50% commission discount on retreats listed on ZenBooking. Inform them about this opportunity when they reserve your venue and encourage them to maximise their retreat bookings through ZenBooking. For each client you introduce, we'll decrease your commission by 10%.

4. If you're a multi-tasker running both the venue and retreats, reach out to us. You could qualify for up to a 50% reduction in booking commissions for both your retreat and venue.

5. Stay informed by subscribing to our newsletter, where you'll receive special offers and partnership opportunities that can further decrease your booking commissions.

IMPORTANT! What You Should Know Before You Start Creating Your Listing
Answer:

To become a featured venue on the ZenBooking platform and join our community, there are specific guidelines you should be aware of and adhere to before creating your listing:

1. VENUE NAME: Please update the name of your venue listing to ensure it does not appear in search engine results. We invest significant efforts in promoting your venue within the retreat community and want to prevent direct client contact.

2. HONESTY AND TRUST: We understand that booking a venue for retreats involves extensive communication and information exchange. Occasionally, calls and communication outside the platform may be necessary. We aim to build long-lasting partnerships and support your business growth. If you engage with a client introduced by us outside the platform and it results in a booking, please inform us.

3. PRICING: Your ZenBooking listing should offer pricing that is consistent with or lower than what you provide on other platforms where you list your venue, including your own website.

4. PLATFORM RULES: We kindly request your cooperation in adhering to our platform rules. This includes conducting all client communications within the ZenBooking interface and refraining from sharing URLs of other websites, email addresses or other direct contacts.

How Can I Qualify for 0% Booking Fees and a Free Listing?
Answer:

Listing your venue with us is entirely free, and you could even enjoy a 0% commission rate on bookings.

Here's how to unlock these discounts: Combine the various discount options mentioned in "What Are the Costs Associated with My Listing?" to enjoy discounts ranging from 10% to 100% on your booking commission.

If you have other creative ideas for promoting us, we're open to discussions and further discounts.

How and When Do I Receive Payments for My Bookings?
Answer:

-When a client reserves your venue on ZenBooking, we charge a 10% deposit of the total retreat price online.

-You are responsible for informing the client about the payment method and timing for the remaining 90% of the balance.

-ZenBooking retains the 10% deposit as our booking service fee (commission). This deposit is part of the total retreat price paid by the client, so you may only charge the client up to 90% of the booked amount.

How Flexible is My Listing?
Answer:

You have complete control. Manage your calendar availability, block unavailable periods, update pricing, and make other adjustments whenever you wish. Our goal is to provide you with the freedom and flexibility to manage your listing as you see fit.

How Do I Manage Inquiries for My Listing?
Answer:

When potential clients have questions or express interest in your listing, they'll reach out to you via our secure messaging system. You'll receive email notifications for each new message. For security and support purposes, it's essential to keep all communication within our platform's messaging system. Please be aware that sharing email addresses or URLs directly with clients violates our platform rules.

Who Can Partner with ZenBooking and List the Venue?
Answer:

-We warmly invite retreat venues, vacation rentals, and any property owners for retreat hosting to join our platform.

-Ideal properties should comfortably host at least 8 guests and offer a distinct or specialised space for yoga or workshops.

-We particularly value venues equipped with yoga shalas, outdoor decks, or areas tailored for retreat activities. Having yoga essentials like mats, straps, blocks, and bolsters is a significant plus.

-Understand that your property isn't merely a vacation spot; it's a transformative space where life-changing retreats occur.

-Ensure you provide all details related to hosting retreats, making the search smoother for organisers.
