Romaneque Countryside Retreat

There are 7 beautiful country houses are scattered around the property and can host up to 28 people. 

Roseto is located on the first floor of Villa Certano. It was inhabited in the 15th century by the famous painter Lorenzo di Pietro, known as Il Vecchietta. The apartment has been renovated in a rustic Tuscan style, respecting the old tradition, softened by some elegant touches. It has a room with a double bed, a twin-bed room, a living room with a kitchenette, a bathroom with a bidet and toilet, and a separate shower.

Poggiolo is located on the second floor of Villa Certano, inhabited in the 15th century by the famous painter Lorenzo di Pietro, known as Il Vecchietta. The apartment has been renovated in a rustic Tuscan style, respecting the old tradition, softened by some elegant touches. It has a bedroom with a double bed, a twin-bed room, a living room, a kitchen and a bathroom.

Scuderia is located on the first floor of a building once used as a stable. It has been renovated and furnished with antiques, respecting the Tuscan tradition and with a very cosy atmosphere. It consists of a large living-dining room with a fireplace, a kitchen, a bedroom with a double bed, a bedroom with two single beds, a bedroom with a single bed, and a bathroom.

La Stallina is a cozy studio that once was part of the stable of Certano. Immersed in the Tuscan countryside with direct access to the garden, it has a breathtaking panorama of the vineyards. There’s a double bed, a small kitchenette and a bathroom. The porch outside under the wisteria is equipped with garden furniture and offers a pleasant stay in the name of relaxation.

Querciolaia is a double bedroom and next to it there’s an optional twin-bed room. There’s one bathroom that can be shared for both rooms. To be noted: the rooms are on the second floor and there’s no lift. The rooms are provided with everything you may need: linens, a hair dryer, and shower soap.

Tinaia is located on the last floor of Villa Certano, inhabited in the 15th century by the famous painter Lorenzo di Pietro, known as Il Vecchietta. The exposed beams and the antique furniture contribute to create a warm and cozy atmosphere. It has a bedroom with a double bed, a bedroom with three beds, a living room with a kitchenette and a bathroom.

Granaino is an integral part of the ancient village of Certano and it is located on the second floor of a wing of Villa Certano, inhabited in the 15th century by the famous painter Lorenzo di Pietro, known as Il Vecchietta. It has a double bedroom, a living room with 2 single beds (optional), a kitchenette and a bathroom.
