About venue
Blisstopia Retreats is a 6,800 sq ft Villa located at the base of the Sunrise Mountain Preserve in the Sonoran Desert. We are in the city of Peoria Arizona, a NW suburb of Phoenix approx. 35 miles from the Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport.
With 2.5 acres of private off grid land. We have our own private well/septic system, solar for electricity, and propane for heating/cooking.
The Villa features 5 bedrooms and an indoor yoga studio that can be used as a 6th bedroom. Off the yoga room is a 2 person infrared sauna for detoxing.
The 5 bedrooms can sleep up to 18 – w/18 individual beds. There are 6 bathrooms. A very nice front foyer room that is used for workshops and sessions, a nice dining room, a huge gourmet kitchen, a large family/entertainment room, 2 laundry rooms and plenty of space. A 3-car garage off the lower-level laundry room and room for up to 25 cars to park outside.
On the front of the property, we have a nice private gazebo for watching the beautiful Arizona Sunsets, with a groomed walking path that features the natural desert.
The backyard is a resort like setting, featuring a nice 5’ deep pool w/waterfall feature, a 4-person hot tub, a synthetic grass volleyball/game court – can be used as outdoor yoga deck, and a full outdoor BBQ kitchen and dining area on the patio. All enclosed with fencing for privacy.
The views of the mountain are spectacular. Walk out the back gate and hit the hiking trails.
It is peaceful, private and serene, but, we are only 1 mile from all of your shopping conveniences.
