Learn ways, the ins and outs of traditional yoga that encourages your own self-practice at home. That's right: No teachers needed! Only great foundations, a sequence sheet and a yoga mat :) 

Our retreat is about You: A chance to develop Your practice in a non-competitive way that is suited to Your abilities. We create a personal feel by having an individual consultation with You prior to arrival. Whether Your yoga retreat goal is immersing in a sense of calm, learning some physical yoga moves for the first time or deepening Your existing yoga practice: We will tailor the experience for You. Bring a friend, Your partner or just Yourself! Everyone is welcome. We’re yoga without the fancy pants. Refreshingly unpretentious.

Accommodation and meals are all included. The food is prepared by our fantastic on-site retreat chef, Anastasia, using naturally gluten-free and plant-based ingredients for an all-round rejuvenating experience. Whatever Your dietary needs, we promise You will not go hungry!

Find inspiration during quiet walks around the breathtaking local woods and farmland, read a book, enjoy the healthy, delicious food and soak in the experience entirely. The retreats are led by Adri, a Yoga Alliance certified teacher. We’ll prepare take-home guidance for Your self-practice and do it together during the workshops so that You can continue the experience after You get home.

YOGA RETREAT WEEKEND IN COTSWOLDS: THE PROGRAMME IN SHORT

  • 2x daily yoga asana practice - energetic flow in the morning, restorative in the evening; 90 mins each
  • Workshops on the foundations of yoga asana, to deepen your practice + ways and tools to promote inner peace and manage stress / anxiety, aid your sleep

  • All designed to take home with you for self-practice in your everyday life

Our yoga retreats in the Cotswolds are set in the luxurious Cotswold Park Barns, in Gloucestershire, UK. This is a venue that nestles perfectly into the Cotswolds countryside, and yet offers a modern, exquisite accommodation and retreat centre.

We’ve got everything we need here! A large area with underfloor heating for our yoga and mindfulness practices. A beautiful, hand-crafted kitchen fully equipped for our yoga retreat chefs. Cosy, extremely comfortable en-suite bedrooms that let you indulge in a blissful night’s sleep. The high standards shine through the luxurious final touches. Simply magical.

The peaceful, remote setting of the barns offers great walks in the countryside - don’t forget your hiking boots for a scenic afternoon walk. There are plenty of hiding spaces to cosy in with a book, or you can mingle with like-minded people chatting about the joint experiences of our yoga weekend.

The postcode GL7 7EL will bring you directly to the gates to the Barns. We'll share the gate opening code with you closer to the time.

The nearest train station is Kemble, please book a taxi for ongoing journey
The nearest bus station is Cirencester. We're happy to offer you a pick up / drop off from the Cirencester train station, as long as you arrive before 3:30pm on arrival day

Our wonderful retreat chef, Anastasia, will be preparing the meals on-site for us in the fully equipped kitchen of Cotswold Park Barns. The meals are entirely plant-based but have no fear! You will not go hungry with Anastasia's delicious, nutritious and moorish cooking. The menu is designed by using naturally gluten free ingredients and we make sure that all allergies are catered for - as long as you tell us in advance. There are fruits available allthroughout the day for snacking. Simple, accessible, magical meals that bring us closer to be in harmony with our own bodies and nature. If this will be your first time trying out plant-based meals, you are in for a treat!

Please note, we do not serve alcohol during Bobble Yoga retreats and we ask retreaters not to bring any either. This is to ensure that Your experience and the benefits of the sessions are maximised.

Adri is a fantastic teacher. Her instructions are clear, she's very observant and she has great advice on how you can adapt in certain poses to get the most out of them. I love her monthly yoga nidra class on Sunday evenings as it leaves me feeling very calm and relaxed, a wonderful end to the weekend. Adri also runs retreats, which are really well organised and a perfect mix of theory, meditation, workshops and yoga. The locations are beautiful, idyllic places, the food freshly prepared and you can completely switch off and focus deeply on your yoga practice. Thank you Adri for all that you're doing!

Adri puts her heart and soul into organising an incredibly relaxing retreat, from the beautiful and spacious countryside venue with its lovely bedrooms to the yummy home-made food and desserts (thanks Sarah!). All Adri's careful planning and kind, gentle and caring ways meant that I had nothing else to do apart from being in the moment and enjoying the varied yoga and meditation practices (yoga nidra was one of my favourites!). I've been able to tweak my yoga practice for the better thanks to Adri's and Susie's helpful guidance. It was great to have the time and space to be by myself when I wanted or join in with the small group of like-minded people. How lovely it was to sit and chat by the camp fire on the last night! I also enjoyed the local walks across the hilly meadows. The long weekend was fun (we had plenty of laughter), restful and ever so memorable - on the last day I found it hard to drive away back to reality.

The whole weekend was just what I needed. The various yoga sessions were tailored to the time of day, energising in the mornings & restorative in the evening. Informative teachings on the use of props to extend your practice and workshops gave us the opportunity to ask all the questions you often don’t have time to ask in a regular yoga class. Adri & Suzie we’re both very good at explaining different aspects of yoga, and provide encouragement & tips as required.

Adri and Susie created a great programme of yoga and mindfulness, with interesting workshops looking into some of the theory behind the practice. The sessions were fun and catered to all levels with plenty of guidance and opportunity to ask questions. A bonus were the delicious, plentiful meals cooked from scratch by the chef - don't go expecting to lose weight! All the participants were fun and although everyone complied with social distancing regulations we were able to get to know each other a little better over the course of the weekend. This was my first retreat and I wouldn't hesitate to go again. Thanks Adri and Susie
