About retreat

Let´s make your life worth living and turn your dreams into reality. Say yes to nurturing yourself, say yes to adventure and yes to the amazing life you deserve.

Leave your past behind, live in the here and now and find healing energies in Namibia's nature.

Join us in this journey of a life time! We are going to undertake a grand yoga journey, with unique views, a wildlife adventure, being closer to nature than ever before.
The connection between Sunshine, Wind, Water, Earth, Space and Yoga. The namib is a treasure for the literal sense of the word, for its richest source of diamonds on the planet, but for us, its great glory lies in the stark beauty of its dunes.
Leave the past behind, live in the here and now and find the healing energies in the nature of Namibia. Join us on a once-in-a-lifetime adventure with this unique yoga adventure, where you'll experience the magic of the African continent in a way like never before. This retreat combines the best of two worlds - the tradition of yoga and the magical landscape and animal kingdom of Namibia.

In our yoga retreat in Namibia, you will experience a unique harmony with the five elements, which hold deep significance not only in Ayurveda but also in the breathtaking nature of Namibia.

The Element Ether: Space for Your Inner Peace and Freedom 🌌

The vastness of Namibia reflects the element ether. It almost seems like an emptiness, omnipresent and all-encompassing, creating a space for your inner peace and freedom. In our retreat, we enable you to utilize this space to expand your consciousness and establish a connection with your inner tranquility.

The Element Air: Clarity and Lightness in Namibia's Wind 🌀

Namibia's clear, movable wind represents the element air. Dry and light, the air promotes the flow of your thoughts and brings clarity. In our yoga practice, we harness this energy to give full attention to each yoga pose, clearing your mind from chaotic and stressful thoughts, allowing you to experience the lightness of being.

The Element Fire: The Energy of Namibian Sun 🌞

The intense sun in Namibia's desert represents the element fire. This heat and radiance symbolize not only light but also stimulate your metabolism. From a psychological perspective, the element signifies intelligence, attention, understanding, and transformation. In our retreat, we harness the sun's energy not only to warm your body but also to facilitate positive inner transformation.

The Element Water: Namibia's Coastline Water signifies love, compassion, and contentment. In the human body, water exists as blood plasma, cell plasma, sweat, and urine. In our retreat, we integrate the water element through flowing movements to promote your emotional balance and foster deep connections with yourself and others.

The Element Earth: Resilience and Growth 🌱

Like Namibia's Landscapes Namibia's robust nature represents the element earth. This resilience not only allows the growth of nature but also establishes a strong connection with your own body. In our retreat, you get the chance to harness the energy of the earth to build structure and strength. From a psychological standpoint, the earth element also signifies forgiveness and growth.

The interplay of these elements in Namibia, combined with yoga, creates a unique experience that not only deepens your yoga practice but also provides profound insights into the connection of your body, mind, and nature. By opening yourself to the natural elements, you gain a better understanding of yourself and find a deeper balance in your life.
What makes this retreat special is the opportunity to witness the fascinating stories and behaviours of Namibia's wildlife. From Lions, Cheetahs, and Hyenas to Giraffes, Desert Elephants and more - you'll have the chance to observe these creatures up close and personal, in their natural habitats. You'll gain a deeper understanding of their way of life and how they adapt to survive in the harshest of conditions

Our retreat is not just about connecting with nature and wildlife, but also about exploring the cultural heritage of Namibia. You'll have the chance to learn about the country's history and visit the Skeleton Coast, a place of natural beauty and a memorial to the environment's endless battle to survive.

Experience the adventure of a lifetime with our yoga retreat in Namibia, where you will be captivated by the fascinating stories of the wildlife that call this land home. Witness the pride of lions who rely on each other for comfort and protection, under the watchful eye of the ruler who ensures his dominance over the kingdom. Be witness of the speed of cheetahs, who are best blending in nature and observe the pack mentality of hyenas.

Etosha Park is also home to the majestic Angola Giraffe, one of Africa's gentle giants. These remarkable animals have a unique pattern like a fingerprint and can travel over 11,000 kilometers. Despite their beauty, they face alarming extinction rates, with some populations having fewer than 400 individuals in the wild.
It's important to remember that we are not separate from nature, but an integral part of it. Our ancestors evolved alongside the wildlife that still roams the African plains, living in harmony with the rhythms of the natural world. In this day and age, it's easy to forget just how important that connection is, but it's never too late to rediscover it.

At its heart, connecting with nature is about finding a sense of peace and balance in our lives. It's a chance to slow down, take a deep breath, and appreciate the beauty and complexity of the world around us. And when we're able to share that passion with others, it becomes even more powerful.
