Meet us in Spain! To be specific; between Alicante and Valencia. There lies our little gem, Moraira. 

Moraira, the Mediterranean pearl, is located between Valencia and Alicante, nestled in a hilly and mountainous landscape with a stunning view of the Mediterranean Sea. It is an old fishing village that has been tastefully expanded over the years. Today, it offers a variety of bars, restaurants, shops, a harbor with an array of luxury yachts alongside traditional fishing boats, and two beautiful sandy coves for swimming, equipped with lifeguards, pedal boats, beach loungers, and beach cafés. The shallow water allows safe swimming for all age groups. Every Friday, there is a large weekly market that is a must-visit. Additionally, there are numerous opportunities for excursions to local attractions and the mountainous hinterland.

You will find hidden coves, perfect for swimming and a variety of water sports activities. Only 10-minute drive, you will also find Javea. Its historic center, located two kilometers from the coast, hosts beautiful examples of local architecture as well as remarkable monuments such as the Church of San Bartolomé, which forms the center of the old town.

The crystal-clear water and the sea bed characterized by an impressive variety of species provide perfect conditions for diving enthusiasts. Cala Granadella is also very popular among divers, a place that, with its fine, golden sand, also ranks among the preferred beaches on the coast of Moraira.

Instructor

Nateea (Tia) is your retreat host and yoga teacher. She is a warm hearted soul lighting up the room with her smile, following her dream to share this light with people all over the world. Born in California, USA with caribbean and german roots she early learned how to appreciate her uniqueness.She leaves space for you to unfold your true self, helping to embrace what makes you unique. Nateea is happy, ambitious and peace loving and fell in love with the versatility of the world. Her mission is to spread her affection for yoga in the most beautiful places the world has to offer.

Currently, she works as a private yoga and meditation teacher for a renowned NBA player, allowing her to pursue her special interest in creating Hatha classes for athletes. She also shares her knowledge at various locations, including apartment housings. In the past, she collaborated with a 5-star guesthouse in Germany and had the opportunity to teach intimate and exclusive groups. Furthermore, she taught regular yoga classes for up to 15 people at the beach, lake, and in private one-on-one sessions at her self-owned yoga studio, Nateea Yoga. With her exposure to diverse body types and levels of proficiency, she possesses the ability to adjust poses and cater to individual requirements and capacities.
She offers a unique yoga experience and moving meditations, creating a joyous, inspiring, and motivating atmosphere that respects all body types and provides each person with a secure and impartial environment to explore and discover their authentic selves. Her classes are physically and mentally demanding and are taught in English and Sanskrit (or German). To her, yoga is an inspirational lifestyle, and she encourages her students to observe their thoughts, put their ego aside, and allow their bodies to progress.
