The Private Relove Retreat is a transformative experience designed to support individuals on their journey of self-love, healing, and deep reconnection with the Earth. This unique retreat focuses on cultivating harmony between one’s body, mind, and spirit while fostering a profound relationship with the natural world. In this retreat, we explore the concept of "relove"—not just as a return to self-love but as an expansive practice that nurtures love for the planet, others, and the interconnectedness of all living beings.
The Essence of Relove
At the heart of the retreat is the philosophy of relove, a process of rediscovering and reawakening the deep, authentic love that resides within us all. This journey goes beyond personal healing, extending into collective healing by understanding our role in preserving the planet and nurturing all life. The retreat is an invitation to realign with one's true nature while harmonizing with the Earth’s rhythms and ecosystems.
Reloving is a unique and individual process and in that way every reLOVE retreat can be designed to suit your individual needs. Your body is the guide, nature is here to support you, we are here to support you.
Yoga
I trained in Scaravelli inspired Yoga.... This style of yoga is all about freedom: freeing the body, and particularly the spine, to be light and flexible. Yoga works through your body-mind connections, so you'll probably free your mind as well, developing more self-reliance, patience and compassion in your practice. Vanda Scaravelli's example gives us all permission to follow our own yoga path, wearing traditions lightly and becoming our own best teachers. She puts it this way: "Do not look at your body like a stranger, but adopt a friendly approach towards it. Watch it, listen to it, observe its needs, its requests, and even have fun. To be sensitive is to be alive."

Meditation
Embodiment meditation is a practice to learn the language of the body and to allow the body to inform and contain our presence and sense of self. Embodiment deepens capacity for presence, receptivity, and compassionate exchange with all of reality. The practice of embodiment is about becoming more deeply present for direct experience. All of the feelings that influence our thinking and physical actions are stored in our bodies, as is our karma. As such, our bodies contain an innate intelligence that is often out of reach to our conscious mind. We tend to pay more attention to the information in our heads than the information in our bodies. Embodiment meditation is a practice to learn the language of the body and to translate that information to a language our brains better understand. This awareness supports an integration of the body and mind. Embodiment is not about thinking, it’s a process wherein the body becomes more aware of itself. This supports presence, emboldens intuition and amplifies our consciousness. It’s a way of perceiving that is beyond sensing. The practice helps us to tap into all the information coded into our physiology.Though it may be a crossover into the more spiritual side of wellness, embodiment’s impact is very physical, visceral and real.

At the heart of this work is the idea that Active Hope is something we do rather than have. It involves being clear what we hope for and then playing our role in the process of moving that way. The journey of finding, and offering, our unique contribution to the Great Turning helps us to discover new strengths, open to a wider network of allies and experience a deepening of our aliveness. When our responses are guided by the intention to act for the healing of our world, the mess we’re in not only becomes easier to face, our lives also become more meaningful and satisfying. I use practices from Active Hope to encourage and support your journey of reloving and reconnecting.
view moreBreathwork
This way of working is called Embodied Breathwork as it combines Embodiment and Breathwork in a unique way that means you can go deep in a safe and grounded way. The primary breathwork technique you will be using is from Rebirthing Breathwork. It is the same core technique used in all transformational healing breathwork modalities and although many breathwork practices can be done alone it is strongly advised that this technique is practiced with support in the beginning as it can bring up a lot of emotions and energy stored in the body. It is a simple yet powerful way to move out of the linear mind, release limiting beliefs and emotions, and free up the life force energy that was being used to hold them in place.

Embodied massage therapy is a type of massage that focuses on integrating physical sensations and body awareness into the treatment process, essentially treating the body as a whole by considering the connection between physical sensations and emotional states, rather than just addressing localized pain points; it emphasizes the mind-body connection through mindful touch and movement to promote healing on a deeper level.

The Biodynamic craniosacral approach has evolved into a remarkable body therapy that has created a highly skilled way of listening to the body’s inherent health expressions. The therapist typically looks for and encourages the forces of health to set the priorities of the session and to bring about natural adjustments from within the body’s own resources. It is characterized by a strong orientation to the holism of the human experience where both the body’s anatomy and physiology are related to in real time with the subtle forces of life that act through the interface of the body’s fluids. Subtle movements in the body’s fluid and tissue fields are being listened for and the natural movement towards stillness is seen as deeply healing.
view moreParticipants will experience the magic of the natural world through:
Forest bathing or nature immersion, where the calming energy of the land encourages grounding and mindfulness.
Eco-rituals, which might include barefoot walks, offering gratitude to the Earth, and honoring the elements (earth, air, fire, water).
Sustainability practices, focusing on minimal waste, connection to local ecosystems, and understanding how every action impacts the environment.
This reconnection with nature helps participants feel deeply rooted in the planet and cultivates a sense of interdependence and responsibility for its well-being.
Movement is a powerful tool for accessing and releasing emotional, physical, and energetic blockages. At the heart of this retreat are tailored movement practices designed to help individuals realign with their bodies, free pent-up emotions, and awaken their vital energy.
Somatic practices, such as dance, yoga, and breathwork, allow participants to reconnect with their bodies in a way that feels safe, liberating, and transformative.
Ecstatic movement will be offered to help participants move through emotional stagnation, allowing joy, grief, and deep release to flow freely.
Earth-based movement that integrates the natural surroundings, dancing with the wind, grounding movements in the soil, or flowing like water, encourages a deeper sense of embodiment and attunement with nature’s rhythms.
These practices can all be interweaved in the daily session that is included in the basic relove package. Extra sessions of bodywork, talking therapies, creative sessions, movement sessions can be included and added to your daily schedule where it fits. We design your retreat together.

Tamsin
Instructor
A contemporary dancer, teacher, community dance artist, Yoga teacher, fitness instructor, Active Hope facilitator and holotropic breathwork leader.
These days I call myself an Embodied Movement Facilitator, it’s a title that feels like it encapsulates the essence of my offerings.
I love to support people to come more fully into their bodies, to experience and appreciate their existence through their living, breathing, moving bodies and through this, find a deeper sense of contentment and balance with this human life.
I weave my 40 years of movement experience into my sharings, from Scaravelli inspired Yoga to Release technique, Body mind centering to Contact Improvisation and Yoga mudras to Swing Jive.
I am a passionate advocate of moving these clumsy human feet that we were given, listening to the pulse that keeps our internal beat and connecting with the continuous movement of everything within and around us. I love to hold others, to share the journey and make new connections. I look forward to moving with you.

Leonor
Instructor
I am a woman, a lover, a mum. I practice massage, energetic healing and body-heart-mind therapy.
I vibrate doing aerial circus, dancing, painting, singing with others, creating jewellery and beautiful spaces, making morning tea from my garden’s herbs and flowers, smelling and drinking rose petals. I love to swim in seas and rivers and I love the caress of the sun on my skin. I am fascinated about our bodies’ wisdom and languages.
As far as I can remember I’ve been appealed to the questions of boundaries, heritages and limiting patterns. I am passionate by the complexity of human bodies, hearts and spirits, and by the challenge of harmonious loving respectful and uplifting relationships.
Healing
My personal story and my passion for Health in its wide definition brought me to discover Siddha medicine (a holistic medicine from the South of India) and, later, the holistic therapy known as EMTE (Energetic Massage Therapy Eidetic) which I have been practicing since 2017 after a four years training in Brussels.
Based on the power of Love and true presence, this holistic approach uses different tools in adjustment with the person’s needs, among which are breathing exercises, massage, movement, body tightening, emotional release and trauma recovery to connect oneself with his/her resources, to welcome and heal wounds from the past and therefore to get closer to one’s core self.
Nicola
Instructor
I am Nicola, mother, partner, dancer & explorer. I love to move my body: walking, dancing, swimming and I love being moved. I love tea-drinking with friends and frolicking in crunchy autumnal leaves.
Healing
My role as a ReLOVE practitioner is to accompany you on your journey of exploration, connection and deep relaxation, offering you supportive, trauma-informed, therapeutic touch. Helping you to embody the shifts and realignments, during this special time of retreat.
During our sessions we give time, space, guidance and voice to the body, Asking the question – what does the body need? I don’t know, but you do! When we slow down to the body’s pace, we open to its inherent stories and wisdom and aliveness.
When you come for a session, you don’t need to know what you are looking for. We can create an open session of Somatic Bodywork or, you can choose a specific modality.
I am a Zero Balancing Touch Practitioner and Deep Bodyworker, trained in the trauma recovery work of Somatic Experiencing.
I have been exploring the field of therapeutic movement and touch for over 25 years and enjoy finding ways to support different bodies with their different needs.
Jasper
Instructor
My name is Jasper. I’m a human being continuously deepening the dance of life through conscious body practice, connection with nature, purity, intuition, rawness and beauty.
Healing
After my initial five-year physiotherapy study, I was still looking for a more profound and holistic approach. Therefore I embarked on a four-year training in fasciatherapy. With its roots in osteopathy, this therapy enables sustainable effects and starts a lifelong learning process. Experiencing one’s own body from the inside out is quintessence. I further developed myself in dance and movement therapy and I facilitate contact improvisation dancing.
Both in the therapeutic and relaxing sessions, I work with hands-on techniques directed to the fascia, organs, blood, and nervous system. People experience my touch as determined but gentle, bringing relaxation and opening the door for deeper connection with the self. We enter a state of embodied presence. Authentic movement and directed exercise can be a part of the sessions, as well as meditation and verbal reflection.
A session starts with an intention. From that, I create a session that is directed to the individual needs of the client. This can be the body telling a story, a specific physical problem, a psycho-emotional blockage, discontentment, or spiritual longing. I promote the natural self-healing ability of the body and empower the client to find her/his own path of healing. This way, clients are supported in taking their health and healing in their own hands.
Ira
Instructor
I am Ira, mother, partner, body-mind-spirit therapist, dancer, campfire singer, excited by connections with people, animals, plants and all of creation.
Healing
My journey towards the deepest self-discoveries began somewhere in India when I was 20 years old. There I studied yoga and Reiki and was amazed by the magic inherent in these worlds. I continued my travels around the world and was exposed to more and more cultures, healers, medicinal plants and more. During my travels in Australia and New Zealand I felt a deep calling to study the human soul in depth and enrolled in a 5-year study of somatic psychotherapy called “biosynthesis”.
During my studies I worked as a dance teacher In every possible studio in my area of residence and at the same time I was exposed to and fascinated by the tribal fusion belly dance which I started learning from the teacher who brought the style to my country. In this style I found a deep and exciting connection to my body, to my femininity, to a gentle and powerful movement.
I danced tribal belly dances until the beginning of the ninth month of my first pregnancy! After the birth of my firstborn I was exposed to the biodynamic craniosacral therapy and saw its immediate effects on both my son and myself. I promised myself that one day I would learn this wonder myself and indeed it happened!
Today I take care of adults, children, pregnant women, babies and postpartum women and I am still excited and amazed by the body’s ability to heal itself, to release patterns and traumas and to reorganise. In fact, all my fields of work touch each other and deal with the connections, the mediation, between the worlds of the body , the soul and the spirit.
Camilla
Instructor
I am Camila, I am a woman, a dancer, a carer. I am curious about life in all its forms, nature, movement and bodies.
Healing
Dance has been the guide of my whole journey up to this moment, that transitioned from performing on stages and teaching, to a deeper research into anatomy, physiology and psychology. A focus on the emotions, how we process, mobilise, transform and communicate through the healing power of dance, music and creativity, led me to study Dance Movement Therapy in 2010.
On a parallel but inseparable journey, I had the privilege of training with my Taijiquan professor from an early age, which inspired me to learn more about Chinese Medicine, health and longevity through massage and movements and has been a gift that I continue to share with people.
I am a certified Holistic Massage Therapist and massage teacher, with over 20 years of experience and constant studies. Proficient in different techniques such as shiatsu, deep tissue, lymphatic drainage, aromatherapy, clay, reflexology and others, I tailor bespoke treatments according to each individual’s need. Each session is a unique experience that mobilises and integrates the person as a whole.
